The short pasta shapes of Donna itriya’s traditional line are versatile and have a firm texture. Laid on wooden frames, they undergo a meticulous and lengthy drying process at low temperatures. The natural roughness is achieved through the use of the best bronze dies, while the hint of straw-yellow color is the result of blending our carefully selected semolina, with a coarse particle size and an unmistakable aroma. Selected semolina, obtained from milling Sicilian durum wheat grains.
