Description

The long pasta formats from the BIO Donna itriya durum wheat line are the epitome of the oldest Sicilian pasta-making tradition. Rolled on 60cm long canes, dried for over 24 hours, and packaged while preserving the distinctive arch shape, which symbolizes artisanal craftsmanship, care, and elegance. The natural roughness is achieved through the use of the finest bronze extrusion dies. Carefully selected semolina, derived from the milling of organic Sicilian durum wheat grains.
