Description

The short pasta shapes from the traditional Donna itriya line are versatile and have a robust texture. Laid on wooden frames, they undergo a meticulous and extended drying process at low temperatures. The natural roughness is achieved through the use of the finest bronze extrusion dies. Carefully selected semolina, resulting from the milling of organic Sicilian durum wheat grains.
